Workout of the Week is a 6-week workout challenge that can be used as your main weekly workout or in addition to your weekly fitness regime.

Weekly workouts will be accompanied by a short video demonstrating the exercises. Videos are published on our web page under the category ‘Challenge Me Fit’, in our Facebook page as well as our YouTube channel. Dorians Challenge and EuroLife offer a series of outdoor Fun Functional Intensive Interval Training sessions called ‘Challenge Me Fit’. Trainings are often organised at forests parks, stadiums or sea-side locations.
