Dorians Team Challenge is the first in a series of outdoor team-building events we have designed for SMEs and corporations. Focused on enhancing teamwork, communication, and leadership, it also reinforces corporate values and boosts employee engagement in a dynamic and engaging setting.
Usually held at Platres Arena, Dorians Team Challenge accommodates 8 to 200 participants. Activities are tailored to participants’ abilities, preferred difficulty levels, and business objectives, ensuring an inclusive and memorable experience for all.
Dorians Team Challenge features 8 to 10 engaging, fun, and innovative team activities spread across the venue. Participants, divided into teams of 8 or 9, work together to complete all activities in the shortest possible time.
The event structure promotes problem-solving, collaboration, and strategic thinking in an exciting and rewarding format. On average, teams complete the course in approximately 60 minutes, making it a high-energy and impactful team-building experience.
