Dorians Team Challenge is the first in a series of outdoor team-building events we have designed for SMEs and corporations. Focused on enhancing teamwork, communication, and leadership, it also reinforces corporate values and boosts employee engagement in a dynamic and engaging setting.
Usually held at Platres Arena, Dorians Team Challenge accommodates 20 to 500 participants. Activities are tailored to participants’ abilities, preferred difficulty levels, and business objectives, ensuring an inclusive and memorable experience for all.
Dorians Team Challenge features 10 engaging, fun, and innovative activities spread across the venue. Participants, divided into teams of 8 or 9, work together to complete all activities in the shortest possible time.
The event structure promotes problem-solving, collaboration, and strategic thinking in an exciting and rewarding format. On average, teams complete the course in approximately 60 minutes, making it a high-energy and impactful team-building experience.
