Stay Fit is a Dorians Challenge initiative designed to inspire and support a healthier lifestyle, offering practical tips and expert guidance to enhance physical and mental performance every day.

This initiative includes Eat Like a Dorian —a collection of meal ideas, nutrition tips, and healthy living articles to help you fuel your body with the right nutrients for sustained energy and strength. It also features the Workout of the Week —a 6-week workout challenge that can be used as your main weekly workout or as an addition to your fitness routine.

Alongside this, Challenge Me Fit by EuroLife offers free-to-attend outdoor FFIIT (Fun Functional Intensive Interval Training) sessions, providing an interactive and engaging way to stay active.

Both Workout of the Week and Challenge Me Fit are designed to enhance strength, agility, and endurance, keeping you active, motivated, and in peak condition.
