Overview

Hexapolis Challenge introduces a completely different set of activities from Dorians Team Challenge, offering a fresh and dynamic approach to team building. Designed for 10 to 200+ participants, it provides twice as much cooperation time, demanding a higher level of teamwork, strategic thinking, adaptability, problem-solving, patience, and coordination.

While not mandatory, teams are encouraged to first participate in Dorians Team Challenge to build a strong foundation in teamwork, resilience, and problem solving, allowing them to fully maximise their Hexapolis Challenge experience.

The Concept

Participants form teams of 10 and begin at one of the eight activity stations, where all teams start their assigned challenge simultaneously. Each activity lasts 15 minutes, requiring teams to either complete it as quickly as possible or achieve the highest possible results within the time limit. After 15 minutes, teams rotate clockwise to the next station, with a 5-minute transition between activities.

In Hexapolis Challenge, success is not just about physical execution – it also relies on effective communication, strategic planning, focus, and synchronisation.
