Workout of the Week is a 6-week workout challenge that can be used as your main weekly workout or in addition to your weekly fitness regime. 

  • Simple exercises, suitable for all fitness levels
  • Only 3 workout sessions per week
  • Only 3 exercises per workout
  • Under 30-minute workouts
  • No equipment needed

Weekly workouts are accompanied by a short video demonstrating the exercises. Videos are published on our web page under the category ‘Challenge Me Fit’, in our Facebook page as well as our YouTube channel

Outdoor FFIIT 

Dorians Challenge and EuroLife offer a series of outdoor FFIIT
(Fun Functional Intens ive Interval Training) sessions called ‘Challenge Me Fit’ . 

  • Age: 16+, open to all fitness levels
  • Dress Code: Training clothes and shoes
