Today, the staff members of Heritage Private School in Limassol stepped away from their daily responsibilities in teaching, administration, operations, and student support to participate in a team-building event organised by Dorians Challenge at the school’s outdoor sports premises.

Eight teams took part in a series of fun and engaging activities designed to challenge teamwork, communication, strategic thinking, leadership, trust, and collaboration. During the event, participants worked together across eight team challenges that encouraged creativity, coordination, adaptability, and problem-solving, while reinforcing a strong sense of unity and team spirit.

The atmosphere during the day was filled with enthusiasm, positive energy, and constant encouragement among colleagues, creating an experience that brought people together beyond their professional roles. More than just a day of activities, the event gave participants the opportunity to interact in a different setting, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and create memorable moments together.
