On 29 September 2026, Dorians Challenge organised a team-building event for the CYTA Class of 2026 at Platres Arena. The participants joined CYTA in February 2026 and now work across different departments and districts throughout Cyprus.

The event provided a valuable opportunity for the new colleagues to meet and get to know one another outside their everyday working environment. Through a series of engaging team activities, participants were encouraged to communicate effectively, collaborate closely and work together towards common objectives.

The experience also aimed to further develop essential skills that will support the participants as they begin their new careers within a demanding and rapidly evolving organisation such as CYTA. These included teamwork, communication, strategic thinking, leadership, initiative, collaboration and problem-solving.
