Swapping their usual skies for the stone-built streets of one of Cyprus’ most charming locations, cabin and ground crew members of Wizz Air took part in an Operation Mindfall team-building experience in the traditional village of Lefkara.

The challenge unfolded across Lefkara’s narrow alleys and well-known landmarks, as teams explored the village while taking on a series of interactive missions as part of a fast-paced, scenario-driven experience.

Combining physical exploration with problem-solving and digital gameplay, the activity created a dynamic environment where teamwork, coordination, and quick decision-making were key. Participants navigated the village at their own pace, making strategic choices as they progressed through the mission.

The event marked a notable milestone for Dorians Challenge, as Wizz Air became the first airline company to take part in one of our team-building experiences. We would like to thank Wizz Air for their trust and excellent cooperation throughout the organisation of this event.
