BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

Servings: Two (2)

Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 overripe, large bananas
  • 6 tbsp peanut butter
  • 8 full spoons of oats
  • 500g of Arla Protein Milk Drink 50% Less Sugar (Vanilla, Chocolate or Strawberry Flavour)

Method:

  • Blend the oats until a fine powder forms
  • Add the other ingredients and blend until smooth
  • Pour into large glasses, add some ice, and enjoy
