Tuna & Arla Cottage Cheese Sandwiches

Yield: Two (2)

Prep time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 tin of tuna in water
  • 200g Arla Cottage Cheese
  • ½ cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 spoon reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 spoons minced parsley
  • ¼ cup shredded carrot
  • ½ tbsp dill weed
  • 2 medium, whole wheat Cypriot pittas

Method:

  • In a bowl, mix the first 7 ingredients
  • Cut pittas into pocket halves
  • Fill the pitta pocket halves with the tuna and Arla Cottage Cheese blend
